WMPJ Attorneys Receive State Bar Appointments for 2009-2010 |

Several WMPJ attorneys received appointments to section councils and committees in the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA). The appointments were made by incoming ISBA President John O'Brien.
Attorney Mark E. Zumdahl was reappointed to the Illinois Bar Journal Editorial Board. Zumdahl was also recently appointed to the Transfer Tax Study Committee of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Zumdahl practices in the areas of trust and estate planning, probate, and real estate.
Attorney Paul A. Osborn was reappointed to the ISBA’s Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Committee. Osborn has served on the CLE Committee since 2001 and served as its chair from 2007-2009. Osborn was also reappointed to the Family Law Section Council. Osborn, whose practice is in commercial, banking, bankruptcy law, secured transactions, and family law, is a frequent lecturer at seminars sponsored by the ISBA.
Attorney Trent L. Bush was appointed as ex officio of the Committee on Legal Technology (COLT). Bush has served on the Committee since 2002 and was chair for the 2008-2009 term. Bush practices in the areas of banking, creditors’ rights, guardianships, landlord-tenant matters, and commercial litigation.
