WMPJ Attorneys Receive ISBA Appointments |
Several WMPJ attorneys received appointments to section councils and committees in the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA) for the 2011-2012 term. The appointments were made by ISBA President John D. Locallo.
Attorney Mark E. Zumdahl was reappointed to the Illinois Bar Journal Editorial Board. Mr. Zumdahl practices in the areas of trust and estate planning, probate, and real estate.
Attorney Paul A. Osborn was reappointed to the ISBA’s Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Committee. Mr. Osborn has served on the CLE Committee since 2001 and has previously served two years as chair. Mr. Osborn was also reappointed to the Commercial, Banking and Bankruptcy Law Section Council, which he chaired in 2000-01. Osborn is a frequent lecturer at seminars sponsored by the ISBA.
Attorney Daniel C. Hawkins was reappointed to the Elder Law Section Council. He served as its chair in 2008. Mr. Hawkins practices in the areas of probate, trust and estate planning, and real estate.
Attorney Timothy B. Zollinger was appointed to the Education Law Committee. He previously served on the Civil Practice Section Council and the Young Lawyers Division. Mr. Zollinger practices in the areas of school law, employment law, and civil litigation.
Attorney Trent L. Bush was reappointed as a member of the Committee on Legal Technology (COLT). Bush has served on COLT since 2002 and was its chair for the 2008-2009 term. Mr. Bush practices in the areas of commercial and banking law and commercial litigation.
Attorney Craig J. Sondgeroth was appointed as a member of the Agricultural Law Section Council. Mr. Sondgeroth practices in the areas of agricultural law, trust and estate planning, and real estate.
