Attorney Kyle Carlock's practice emphasis areas are real estate, trust and estate planning, agricultural law, corporate law, and municipal law.

 


Education

Mr. Carlock earned his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2005, where he graduated cum laude.  He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign in 2002, where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and graduated cum laude with distinctions in finance.

 

 

 


Bar Admissions & Associations

Mr. Carlock was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2005.  He is also a member of the American, Illinois State, Whiteside and Winnebago County bar associations.

 

 

 

 


Before joining the firm, Mr. Carlock practiced law in Rockford, Illinois.  While in Rockford, Mr. Carlock was on the Board of Directors for the Visiting Nurses Association, the Rockford Memorial Hospital Foundation, and Shelter Care Ministries.  He currently serves on the Standards of Accountability and Review Committee for the United Way of Winnebago County.
