Paul Osborn, a senior partner of Ward, Murray, Pace & Johnson, P.C., was appointed the Chairperson of the Legislative Committee of the Illinois State Bar Association's Family Law Section Council. Additionally, Mr. Osborn was a speaker at the Section Council's recent seminar presented in Bloomington on September 27 and Chicago on October 4. Mr. Osborn's presentation was entitled "Creative Drafting to Protect Your Client" and his presentation earned the highest rating of the 10 speakers on the evaluation forms submitted by the attendees. He will also be presenting the caselaw update at the Section Council's spring seminar in New Orleans in February. Mr. Osborn's practice is concentrated in matrimonial litigation, banking law and secured transactions.
