Attorney Larry Johnson's practice emphasis areas are agricultural law, trust and estate planning, probate, and real estate.

Education

Mr. Johnson earned his law degree from the University of Illinois in 1973, where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in 1968.

Bar Admissions & Associations

Mr. Johnson was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1973. He is a member of the Illinois State and Whiteside County bar associations.

Mr. Johnson has served as President to the Whiteside County Bar Association (1990-91). In addition, he has served in various capacities within the Illinois State Bar Association, including: General Practice Section, Member of Council, 1975-80, Chairman, 1978-79; Member, Standing Committee on Legislation, 1977-78; Member of Council, Ag Law Section, 1991-94; Member of Council, Real Estate Law Section, 1995-present, Chairman, 2004-2005. Mr. Johnson has been involved with a variety of other organizations, including: Sterling-Rock Falls Jaycees, Past President; Sinnissippi Mental Health Center, Past President, Board of Directors; Sterling Chamber of Commerce, Past President; Messiah Lutheran Church, Board of Elders, Chairman.
