Attorney Jock Heaton's practice emphasis areas are civil litigation, hospital and health care law, and real estate development and land use.

Education

Mr. Heaton earned his law degree with honors from John Marshall Law School in 1975. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Indiana University in 1972.

Bar Admissions & Associations

Mr. Heaton was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1975. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the American Health Lawyers Association, the Illinois Association of Healthcare Attorneys, and the Illinois State Bar Association.

Mr. Heaton has served a variety of legal organizations, including the Lee County Bar Association (President, 1992-95). He has also served the Illinois State Bar Association as a member of its Health Care Section.
