Education
Mr. Branson earned his law degree from Emory University in 1974, where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta. He received his B.A. from Drake University in 1971.
Bar Admissions & Associations
Mr. Branson was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1974. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and Whiteside County Bar Association.
Mr. Branson has served as the City Attorney for Dixon, Illinois, 1975-83, 1985-present. He has been involved with the Illinois State Bar Association, including serving as a Member to the Local Government Section Council, 1977-81.
